Parking FAQ


STEP 1. Make online reservation on our website:

STEP 2. After you have paid for your parking reservation, you can print your confirmation receipt, you will also receive an email with your confirmation that you can show on your smart phone upon arrival, you will also have a link in your email to view and print your confirmation receipt at any time.

STEP 3. Day of Arrival: Head to 1 of the 3 locations, give yourself ample time as airport lines can be long.

STEP 4: Upon arriving, make sure you have access to your printed or digital parking reservation receipt. When you arrive at the lot, you will take a ticket from the machine. Park and take our Free 24-hour Continuous Shuttle right to your departure airline.

STEP 5. Upon returning from your trip, you can flag down our shuttle or call us and our shuttle will pick you up and our friendly staff will assist you with your baggage. When you are ready to leave our lot, please have your lot ticket (entry ticket) and parking reservation receipt (printed or digital) to show the parking attendant to exit the lot. The parking lot attendant will need to see this to verify that your reservation was fully paid for.


Q. How do I cancel my reservation?

A. In order to cancel your reservation, all you need to do is sign into your account, click “Bookings” at the top of the page, and click on the reservation you wish to cancel and click “Cancel”. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund with in 3-7 business days. If you did not create a Instapark Login account, just email us at: before your reservation arrival date and we can easily help you cancel your reservation for you. Include in your email your reservation ID and email address that was used to make the reservation. Again, please make sure to email us before your reservation or cancellation fees may apply.

Q. What if I need an additional day on my reservation?

A. You can either cancel your existing reservation and make a new reservation including your additional days, or you can make a separate reservation for the additional day and bring both of your confirmation receipts to reflect your stay.


Q. Can I park an RV or large truck at your lot?

A. Yes, our lot can accommodate oversized vehicles. Please select the type of vehicle you will be parking at our parking facility at the same time that you select your dates of arrival. We require a minimum of reserving 1 spot per every 10ft of your vehicle. For example, if you have a 30ft trailer you must reserve 3 spots

Q. Is there any height restrictions to park at your lot?

A. No, there is no height restrictions at our lot.

Q. Is your lot secure?

A. Our lot is gated with 24-hour onsite security guard. Note: Although we do our best to make sure our facility is protected, We are not responsible for items left in cars or damages caused by theft. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT leave valuables in your vehicle. Attention: MCO Airport Parking Lot is a private parking company. We are offering great rates for downtown parking, close to the airport, and is in no way affiliated with the Official Orlando International Airport run by Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. Furthermore The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is not involved in the ownership, management, or operations of MCO Airport Parking Lot, nor has adopted or endorsed It. The use of the mark 'MCO Airport Parking' in the business name 'MCO Airport Parking Lot' in no way shall be deemed as an infringement, nor violation of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority owned registered Trademark 'Orlando/MCO International Airport'.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. In order to receive a full refund, you must request for a cancellation of your reservation to at least 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled arrival to our parking lot.
